- 2023 Exhibitors get first right of refusal to participate in 2024 Show
- Please fill out, sign and return Exhibit Agreement with down payment
- If you are not planning on participating in 2024 Show, please let us know as there is a waiting list
- With the passage of Kentucky House Bill 8 (HB8) in 2022, effective January 1, 2023 the State of Kentucky will impose a 6% sales tax on booth spaces at Exhibitor/Trade Shows. As an exhibitor you will be required to pay this tax unless you are a sales tax-exempt entity.
- If you are sales tax-exempt you must provide your exemption number to the show promoter.
- The City of Murray Vendor License Fee of $15 is not subject to the 6% sales tax. The fee is $5 per day per vendor ($15 for the 3-day show). If you already have a license to conduct business in the city limits of Murray you will NOT be required to pay the fee. Additionally if your business or organization is exempt from having a business license you will not be required to pay the fee.
