The participants agree to hold the promotion sponsor(s) harmless and release the Promotion Sponsor(s) from any and all liability of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion. The participants agree to allow the Promotion Sponsor(s) to use their name and likeness for any and all promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. The participant agrees to further indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors(s) or The West Kentucky Boat & Outdoor Show from any claims made due to the incorrect implementation of the promotion. Odds of being a participant depend upon the number of entries received. Employees of Sponsor(s), Show Exhibitors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to register. Limit one entry per person. Limit one qualifier per family/household. Transfer of prize is not permitted. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. Decision of judges is final. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). You must be 18 years of age to enter this contest. The sponsor(s); and/or the West Kentucky Boat & Outdoor Show are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize. By filling out a registration blank for the chance to participate in said contest, the registrant agrees to the terms and conditions of the “The Murray Bank’s Grab the Cash” Contest. One name will be drawn from the registrants on Friday, January 10, 2020; one name will be drawn from the registrants on Saturday, January 11, 2020 and two names will be drawn from the registrants on Sunday, January 12, 2020. The names drawn on Friday and Saturday, January 10 and January 11, 2020 will be contacted after 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11 and must come to the show site on Sunday, January 12 at a time to be determined to be able to participate in the contest. The two registrants whose names are drawn on Sunday, January 12 must be present when their name is drawn to participate. Each of the four final contestants will chose one (1) envelope at a time and will win the money that is in the envelope they select.
